From the minds of researchers and scientists of Google's DeepMind, AlphaFold was created to predict the 3D structures of protein through modeling in visual-representations. It maintains an accuracy of 93% for the modelings of side chains, and 80% for an exact presentation. Its median score is 92.4 out of 100, and was recognized by the Critical Assessment of protein structure prediction with Global Distancing Tests.
